Group Training at Home
Group training is a brilliant way to stay motivated while enjoying the comfort of exercising at home. Whether it’s with a partner, friends, family members or neighbours, these small-group sessions offer the perfect balance of guidance, support and fun.
Each session is tailored to everyone’s abilities, with a focus on posture, strength, mobility and safe, effective movement. You’ll still receive individual attention, but with the added encouragement and accountability that comes from training together.
Group training is also a cost-effective option, ideal for those who want regular sessions without the full one-to-one fee. It’s about building confidence, sharing progress and creating a positive routine - all without the pressure of a gym environment.

Client Testimonials
“Both of us in our 60’s now enjoy our training with Carolyn. My wife uses her training to manage her MS & I train to stay strong to support my wife. Carolyn has been everything we hoped for: professional, patient, flexible and genuinely caring. Her sessions keep Karen’s mind and body strong, helping her build confidence and maintain mobility. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough.”
“Carolyn has completely transformed the way I approach exercise. As someone who is profoundly deaf and has spinal problems, I needed a trainer who understood my needs and could tailor sessions to suit me. She’s given me independence, confidence, and the motivation to keep active through walking, Pilates and other exercises I now love. Training with her has made a huge difference to my life.”
Areas I Cover
Frequently Asked Question
I’m not based in a gym - I train you in the comfort of your own home. This helps you feel relaxed, supported, and confident while building strength at a pace that suits you. My focus is on posture, mobility and long-term wellbeing, rather than pushing for quick fixes.
Yes - this is my specialist area. I support clients who are recovering from surgery, managing mobility challenges, or looking to maintain strength and independence as they age.
I’ve worked with clients recovering from spinal surgery, hip and knee replacements, c-sections and breast cancer, as well as clients with neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease.
Completely. Many of my clients come to me unsure, anxious or lacking confidence. We begin gently, focus on safe movement, and build strength gradually. My role is to guide, support and help you trust your body again.
No. A mat, a pair of small weights and a few exercise bands are enough. We can achieve a great deal with simple, controlled movements done correctly.
That depends on you. Some clients see me weekly, some twice a week, and some monthly with a personalised plan to follow between sessions. We’ll agree what works best for your goals and lifestyle.
Yes - I provide realistic, sustainable advice to support your energy levels, recovery and overall wellbeing. You don’t have to overhaul your diet — small changes done consistently make the biggest difference.
I’m based in Liverpool and I work across the wider Merseyside region, including Wirral, Widnes, Runcorn and Halton.
Pricing depends on the length of session and how often you’d like to train. I offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly plans, as well as one-off sessions. We can discuss what suits your needs and budget during your free consultation - there’s no pressure to commit.
No. Some clients train regularly, others check in once a month for guidance and programme updates. You’re free to choose what works best for you, and you can change this at any time.
Yes - completely. It’s simply a friendly chat to get a sense of your goals, mobility, and what you’d like support with. No obligation, no sales pitch.
